Do I need to download an app?
Milo lives in your texts on WhatsApp and Telegram, so no app is needed. There's also a web dashboard for viewing your charts, but it's completely optional.
How does food logging work?
Just text Milo what you ate — "chicken salad with feta and olive oil dressing." Or snap a photo. Or send a voice note. Milo parses everything and logs your macros automatically.
How accurate are the macro estimates?
Milo uses deep nutritional knowledge to estimate portions and macros. For common meals, accuracy is comparable to database lookups. If something looks off, just tell Milo — "that was 200g chicken, not 150" — and Milo corrects it.
What kind of workouts does Milo program?
