Let’s not fight it, plan for it. Your dinners run light on protein, which is why 9pm you is hungry.

Instead: +30g protein at dinner, and one planned 150-calorie snack for the couch. Still inside your target.

Ask him anything
have I had enough protein today?
You're at 118g, your target's 150g. A greek yogurt before bed closes the gap nicely.
No shame, ever
just ate a whole block of chocolate 😩 should I skip breakfast and lunch tomorrow?
Honestly, no. One block of chocolate won't undo anything, but skipping meals usually backfires, you get ravenous and it sets up the next binge. Be kind to yourself, eat normally tomorrow with a solid protein breakfast, and you're right back on track. One day is a blip, not a setback.

Got it, logged. Tomorrow's a clean slate either way.
Never sleeps
it's midnight and I'm starving, should I just go to bed?
If you're genuinely hungry, eat, sleeping hungry usually backfires at 2am. Keep it light with some protein, a greek yogurt or a glass of milk, ~150 calories, and you're still well inside your week. Night πŸŒ™

One WhatsApp rule to know

Milo can always reply to you, but to reach out first with check-ins and insights he needs a message from you in the last 24 hours (WhatsApp’s policy, not ours). Log most days and you stay in that window, so a quick reply reopens it any time. Telegram has no such limit.

Say hi πŸ‘‹

Milo watches
when you can’t.

Milo surfaces what needs your attention and takes the next step, so you can cross it off without thinking about it.

He texts you first

You forget. Milo doesn't. He checks in once a day, in the evening by default or the morning if you prefer, so if things got busy a quiet day never turns into a lost one.

He remembers everything

Tell him once, your injury, your goal, the foods you can't stand, and Milo files it away and coaches around it for good.

He notices the trend

Milo watches your weight, your streaks, and your patterns, and quietly flags what's working before you'd think to ask.

Everyone’s different.
Milo learns yours.

Busy professionals

You barely have time to eat, let alone log it. Milo turns a one-line text into a full day's tracking, and when a hectic day runs away from you, he checks in so even a rough "sandwich and a coffee" keeps the day from being wasted. At night, one πŸ‘ reaction ticks off your habits.

Fed up with apps

One app for calories, another for habits, a third for the gym, and none of them talk to each other. Milo is one thread. Nothing to download and nothing to learn: text him what you ate, what you lifted and what you ticked off, all in one message if you like. And he is in the chat list you already use, so he is there for the drive-thru and the 9pm craving too.

Starting again

You've been burned by punishing apps that feel like a chore. Milo keeps it to what actually moves the needle: energy balance and protein first, no forced macro splits on day one. And when real life happens you just ask, "can I fit in a treat tonight?", and Milo works it into your day. Zero shame, and he celebrates the days you just show up.

Building habits that stick

Big overhauls burn out. Milo starts you simple, water, sleep, a daily walk, and logging takes one line: "2L water", "slept 7", "walked 20 min". At night one πŸ‘ ticks off what's left, and if you miss a day there's no guilt trip, just an easy way back in.

Starting to train

Nobody ever showed you how, and gyms can be intimidating. Milo builds you a simple program with a form video on every single move and shows you how to find your starting weight. From your first session he remembers your numbers and adds load only when you're ready. Can't face the gym today? "15 minutes, bodyweight, go" and Milo builds you a home session right there.

Why we built this

You have probably tried
every app already.

So had we. They are good at tracking, and that turned out to be the problem. Logging lunch meant opening an app, searching a database, choosing between forty near identical entries, then doing the whole thing again at dinner. It works for about nine days.

Read the rest β†’

People do not quit because they stopped caring. They quit because it became a chore, or because learning another app was one more thing to get wrong. Our mums are never going to browse a food database. That does not mean they cannot eat better.

So Milo lives somewhere you already are, in the app you already text your family from. You type what you ate the way you would say it out loud. That is the whole interface. Nothing to install, nothing to learn, nothing to open.

And because it is a conversation, you can ask things. Why the scale jumped three kilos overnight. Whether that protein powder is worth the money. What to eat before a 6am session. It is less like a tracker and more like texting a friend who happens to know nutrition, habit building and exercise science, and who is awake at 11pm when you are staring into the fridge.

Milo also texts first. Not a Monday morning summary nobody reads, but a note when something is actually worth saying, because he noticed a pattern you were too close to see.

He will not push you into a way of eating. No forced macro splits, no foods banned, no plan you have to believe in. The evidence says what moves the needle is calories, enough protein, and moving more, so that is what Milo keeps in front of you. If you want a specific split, it is there. If you want to lift, there is a real program with progressive overload behind it. Everything else is optional.

And he starts small on purpose. Water, sleep, a walk after dinner, one thing at a time, because changing everything at once is the most reliable way to change nothing. No streak that punishes you for a bad week. No pseudoscience, no cleanses, no supplement you do not need. If the research does not support it, Milo will not sell it to you.

He is a coach that fits into the life you already have, rather than asking for a new one.

Questions?

Do I need to download an app?

Milo lives in your texts on WhatsApp and Telegram, so no app is needed. There's also a web dashboard for viewing your charts, but it's completely optional.

How does food logging work?

Just text Milo what you ate, like "chicken salad with feta and olive oil dressing", or say it in a voice note. Milo parses every ingredient and logs your macros automatically, and you can fix any single ingredient in words, "make the feta 30g" or "no dressing", without touching the rest. Packaged food? Snap a photo of the nutrition label and Milo copies the panel exactly, once, then it's remembered for good.

Do I have to save meals I eat all the time?

No, your regulars are remembered automatically: log "spag bol" or "chicken and rice" once and typing it again logs instantly, same macros. And if you corrected it, the corrected version is what Milo remembers. For favourites you can go one step further and name them: save your usual breakfast as "brekky" and that one word logs the whole meal.

Can I log food with a photo?

Meal photos, no, and that's on purpose. Naming what you ate, in words or a voice note, is what makes you actually notice your eating, and Milo counts it more accurately from the ingredients you list than from a picture. The one photo Milo does read: a nutrition label. That's not guessing, it's copying the manufacturer's exact numbers, and learning to glance at the panel is one of the best habits you can build.

How do I track weight and habits?

Weight: just text the number, "82.4", and it's logged with your trend. Milo watches the direction over weeks, not the daily wobble, so one heavy morning never turns into a lecture. Habits are one line too: "2L water", "slept 7", "walked 20 min". In the evening Milo lists what's still open and a single πŸ‘ reaction ticks it all off. Miss a day? No guilt trip, just an easy way back in.

What's the web dashboard for?

It's optional, the chat does everything, but it's there when you want the full picture. Great for visual, data-driven people: see your week as a whole (energy budget, protein, food-group patterns), weight charts, gym PRs and training volume. It's also the easiest place to fine-tune, tap any meal to edit ingredients and macros, adjust your program in a proper editor, and it's the nicest way to follow a workout at the gym, each exercise as a card with your weights ready. Opens right from the chat, no separate login.

How accurate are the macro estimates?

Milo's estimates are measured against a reference set of real meals and drinks, and packaged food can be copied exactly from its nutrition label. If something looks off, just tell Milo, "that was 200g chicken, not 150", and it's corrected on the spot, and the corrected version is what Milo remembers next time.

What kind of workouts does Milo program?

Whatever fits where you are. Just starting? Milo builds beginner-friendly sessions from what you actually have, bodyweight at home, a couple of dumbbells, bands, or a full gym, with a form video on every move. More experienced? Structured weight training with progressive overload: pick your split (Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, Full Body) and each session comes with exercises, sets, reps, and weights based on your history. Or go free mode and Milo just tracks what you do.

Can I ask Milo questions?

Absolutely, like texting a knowledgeable friend: nutrition timing, exercise form, plateau strategies, whatever. Your free 14-day trial includes 10 coaching questions to try it out, and logging is unlimited the whole time. After you subscribe, your coaching energy refills every midnight and is good for around 5 to 10+ questions a day (quick ones barely use it, deep reasoning ones use more), with unlimited logging included.

Why does Milo cost more than a calorie tracker?

Because he does a different job. A tracker gives you an empty diary and the discipline is your problem. Milo is a coach: he runs real AI reasoning on your questions, texts you first, learns your patterns, and coaches nutrition, training and habits as one plan. A human coach runs $50+ a WEEK for one check-in and often a fairly generic program. Milo has your data in front of him around the clock, you can ask a question at midnight on a Sunday, and you can tell him anything, the embarrassing stuff included, with zero judgment and no pet theories. If all you want is a database to type numbers into, a cheap tracker is genuinely the right tool. Milo is for when the logging was never the hard part, sticking with it was, and for having a coach in your corner 24/7.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is brilliant to talk to, but it won't text you first, doesn't keep your logs, and forgets your numbers between chats. Milo is built on the same class of AI, then wrapped around YOUR data: every meal, weigh-in, session and habit is stored and trended, targets update as you go, your program lives there, and he reaches out when it matters. Advice from your actual week beats advice from a blank page.

What if I get stuck or need help?

Just ask Milo, right in the chat. Type "help" any time for a quick guide, or tell Milo what's going wrong ("how do I fix a log?", "how do I cancel?") and he walks you through it. No forms, no support tickets, no waiting. Asking for help never uses a coaching question, it's always free.

Is my data secure? What about payments?

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, the same processor used by millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe, Milo never sees or stores them, and cancelling is a tap in Stripe's own billing portal. Your health data is encrypted in transit, stored securely, never sold, and never used to train AI models. You can delete everything, any time, right from the chat.

Can I use Milo with my training partner?

Milo is a 1-on-1 coach right now: your plan, your macros, your data. Each person needs their own Milo chat.

Less tracking.
More living.

Your coach is already in your pocket. He just needs a hello.
